Results

The Central Elections Committee starts publishing its count when polls close at Oct 27, 10:00 PM Israel time (4:00 PM EDT). This page will show the count as it comes in, refreshed every minute, and the Coalition Builder will add the results as a choice.

The ballot letters

Voters pick a paper slip printed with a list's letters. The committee's count reports votes by those letters. These are the letters of the 15 lists this site tracks, out of 38 on the ballot.

How votes become seats

  1. Lists with fewer than 3.25% of valid votes get no seats. Their votes are not transferred.
  2. The 120 seats are shared among the remaining lists in proportion to their votes, by the Bader-Ofer method.
  3. Two lists that signed a surplus-vote agreement compete for leftover seats as if they were one list, then split what they win. This can move one seat. Agreements used here: Yashar! and The Democrats; B'Yachad and Yisrael Beiteinu; Joint List and Ra'am; Likud and Religious Zionism–Zehut (reported); Shas and UTJ (reported).
  4. A government needs the confidence of 61 members.

Knesset Elections Law, s. 81: 3.25% of valid votes. Agreements: Yashar! and The Democrats, Times of Israel, Sep 10, 2026; B'Yachad and Yisrael Beiteinu, Times of Israel, Sep 10, 2026; Joint List and Ra'am, Walla, Sep 12, 2026 (signed Sep 11); Ynet, Sep 11; Jerusalem Post, Sep 13; Likud and Religious Zionism–Zehut, Israel Hayom, Sep 8; reported unsigned, Channel 14, Sep 15, 2026; Shas and UTJ, Jerusalem Post, Sep 10, 2026 (“expected”). Seat estimates use every agreement listed here. Likud–Religious Zionism and Shas–UTJ were announced or expected, but no report of a signing was found (checked Oct 5). Confirm against the committee's list of filed agreements before election night.
