Bios
Ofer Winter. Born Feb 3, 1971 in Rekhasim. In the IDF 1990–2024; commanded Duvdevan, the Givati Brigade and the 98th Division. On Oct 7 he went to the Be'eri front on his own. Retired May 2024 after being passed over for major general. Lives in Mitzpe Netofa.
