Rabbi Daniel Bogard is responsible for corrections. Automated poll validation checks structure and consistency; source-link checks screen briefings. These checks do not establish factual truth or amount to human review. Read the full method.
Where a source review says automated, software checked the change against its cited evidence; no separate human fact-checker did.
Substantive corrections
- Previously
- The builder and results described 61 as an unconditional requirement to win confidence.
- Corrected to
- 61 is labeled an absolute seat majority and a planning target. An initial confidence vote depends on votes for and against, with abstention distinguished from opposition.
A seat-majority target is useful coalition arithmetic but cannot replace the applicable confidence rules. The 2021 government was confirmed 60–59. The same wording correction applies on Results and the homepage.

Results, October 5, 2026
- Previously
- The results preparation text said votes for lists below the threshold are shared out.
- Corrected to
- Votes for a list below the threshold are not transferred. Seats are allocated among lists that passed.
The previous wording could imply that a failed list's votes move to other parties. This correction aligns the preparation and count text with the seat-allocation explanation.
